User Journeys lets you explore the actions people take around an event in your product. Start with a step you care about, then follow the actions immediately before or after it to discover paths worth investigating.
Follow the paths around an event
Choose a starting or ending step and click through neighboring actions to follow a journey further. For example, start with account creation to explore what people do next, or work backward from a conversion to examine the paths leading to it.
When a path deserves a closer look, you can switch to Funnel Explorer for a focused follow-up analysis. Funnel Builder access depends on your plan, even though User Journeys is listed across GrowthBook's Cloud and self-hosted tiers.
Getting started
Choose an event and explore its preceding or following actions. Use the GrowthBook 5.1 overview for the announced workflow and check Product Analytics plan availability before moving into Funnel Builder.
