How Fyxer used AI and GrowthBook to run 541 experiments in a year

Fyxer rebuilt their entire experimentation process around AI and grew from $1M to $35M in ARR in a year. This year, they're using that foundation to make bigger, more focused bets.
Leah Tharin, Fyxer's CPGO, and Ben Fanning, a Senior Growth Engineer, will walk through exactly how they did it.
It took 541 experiments to get there, more than two every working day. Most of them failed, and that was the point. Running that many tests with a small team only worked because AI handled the heavy lifting at nearly every step of the loop.
In the webinar, Ben will cover the build side: the workflow, the tooling, and one real experiment from idea to result. Leah will dive into the mindset side: how experimentation became a company-wide habit, and where they see it going next.
